RUEZALS Chat · an 18+ chat house
Your seat’s waiting.
RUEZALS Chat is a desktop chat house with painted rooms you walk into, a face you choose, files and screenshots you drop straight into the talk, and Dhraconyx™ translation, so each person reads the conversation in the language they pick.

We built a place that chooses right because love is the point. Be unique. Stay kind. Keep life. The light behind the boxes is that vow.
01 · What it is
RUEZALS Chat is the chat house of RUEZALS, a small company in Jones Creek, Texas. It is the hall: rooms, avatars, messages, instant messages and the dining hearth. You sign in once with AskRue™, the house identity door, and walk into the Dining Room where everyone meets.
The house is for adults who want a real place to talk: friends who want their own room, people meeting across languages, and anyone who would rather sit at a table than scroll a feed. It runs in your web browser on a desktop or laptop; there is nothing to install for chat.
The company that builds and runs the house.
The chat house: shared rooms, your own room, IMs and avatars.
The sign-in: one permanent username for the house.
The translator, inside chat rooms and as a Windows app.
Also from RUEZALS: UHFiX, computer-to-TV screen sharing in which you approve the exact television before anything is shared. It is a separate product with beta access by request; see dhraconyx.world/uhfix.
Abi’s tip: this page tells you everything a visitor can know before signing in. The deeper answers live in the FAQ.02 · Features
These are the things you can do once you sign in. Pictures on this page are illustrations of the room screen, not screenshots.
The Dining Room, the Café, the Workshop and Scribble. Each shared room has a seat limit; when it is full you go to your own room instead.
Your personal room has a door you control, unlocked, friends or locked, and a background you can upload.
Add a friend from their profile. When you follow each other you are friends. Instant messages are one click away.
Fairies, sages, rogues and blades, or upload your own picture.
Drop files onto the room or paste a screenshot. Up to 5 files at once.
An uploaded .md file shows as a formatted card, and animated GIFs keep moving.
Dhraconyx™ translates each message for the languages people in the room are reading.
When a link or picture is staged on the hearth, the room sees a still snapshot of that page’s front, not a live visit.
Moderators keep watch from the Veil Lounge, and reports are reviewed.

Shared rooms
After you sign in you land in the Dining Room, the house’s main room. From the room rail you can walk to the Café, the Workshop and Scribble. Shared rooms have seat limits; if one is full, the house sends you to your own room.
Shared-room history is kept in the house database and is moderated. When a room empties, its temporary memory clears after about an hour.
Abi’s tip: say hello when you walk in. Somebody’s always glad you did.Moderators on Veil’Doxik duty only. Members see the door on the room list but can’t enter.
The Veil Lounge
The Veil Lounge is the moderators’ room. Members see it on the room rail but can’t go in. That way someone is always keeping watch, and the rest of the house can enjoy the evening.
Your own room & friends
Every member has a personal room. Set its door to unlocked, friends or locked. A friend is someone you follow who follows you back; use Add Friend or Follow back on a profile.
Give your room its own background: PNG, JPG or GIF, around 2000 px wide and up to about 500 KB. A private session is archived and cleared about five minutes after everyone leaves.
Prefer one-to-one? Open an instant message from a person’s profile or their avatar menu.

Avatars
Choose one of the house’s 32 preset avatars, use your initials, or upload your own picture (PNG, JPG or GIF, up to about 500 KB). Change it whenever you like.

03 · Translator & languages
Names, @mentions, links, numbers, emotes and emoji are left exactly as written. Room buttons and labels follow your language too. If translation is slow, the message still arrives on time in the original, so the conversation never stalls.
Dhraconyx™ for Windows
Dhraconyx is the house’s Windows screen-translation overlay. It reads text on your screen and translates it across 82 languages, with more coming soon. Read-aloud uses your Windows voices; some languages are text only. Translation text is not kept after the job.
Language packs belong to RUEZALS and run on RUEZALS servers.

AskRue™ sign-in
AskRue™ is the house identity door. You sign in with a permanent username and a password. For extra security you can turn on an authenticator code (TOTP): the setup QR appears only after you enter your password, and when you activate it you get 10 backup codes to keep somewhere safe. It is optional; you can leave the code blank, go in now and activate later. Once it is on, each sign-in asks for the 6-digit code or a backup code.
Forgot your password, or locked out? The sign-in page can email you a reset or unlock link. AskRue™ never asks you to scan a QR code from an email or a direct message; treat that as a scam. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
04 · How to start
Open Login on this page. Your username is permanent.
A new name continues with the same AskRue questions: a password (8+ characters). The house is 18+ and the Terms, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy apply.
Use your username and password. Optional extra security: scan the setup QR with an authenticator app, enter its 6-digit code and save your 10 backup codes, now or later.
Sign in and you land in the Dining Room. Pick an avatar, choose the language you read in, and say hello.
05 · Safety & age
The chat house is 18+. Your date of birth is collected at sign-up. A Dhraconyx seat does not let anyone under 18 into chat.
Report someone from their profile or the avatar menu. Reports are reviewed. A false report is itself a rule break.
Enforcement goes warn, mute, kick, ban. Flooding or code injection earns a warning, then a 168-hour chat ban.
The dining hearth has a three-report brake: it takes reports from three separate members on the same staged share to trip it.
House AI personas are disclosed as AI and do not hold conversations with general members.
Optional authenticator codes with backup codes, and hashed passwords. AskRue™ never asks you to scan a QR code from an email or a DM.
Abi’s tip: read the Acceptable Use Policy and the house policy once. They’re short, and they’re the house rules.06 · Questions
